How do I participate?

There are various levels as to how you can “show up” in a big way with our attendees!
This is a small (around 50 attendees) but mighty group of high level entrepreneurs, business owners, marketers and experts from all over the globe! Your exposure doesn’t end with this event. We will feature you on our partner pages, email blasts, “unchallenging” challenges and our continuing education courses throughout the year.

We refer to our of our product donated to our event as SWAG. There are FIVE different levels are participation. You may select multiple levels of participation and often our SWAG donators do!

Level 1: Swag Snack Donator

By selecting this level of participation you’re agreeing to donate enough product for our attendees to ‘snack on’ throughout the weekend. Whether it’s a protein bar, nut mix, a drink, unique water, protein shake or collagen powder for coffee – the idea is there will be enough to satiate our guests through the weekend! 

 

What’s Included in this level: 

  1. A logo on our event website 
  2. A thoughtful display of your product with an informational flyer or card presented (in which you’ll provide) 
  3. A mention in our pre and post course email that you’re an official SWAG member for WWL. 
  4. Opportunity to sign up for our affiliate/referral program – in which we will partner with you in spreading the message about your product to all of our event attendees before and after the event – with the mention or our affiliate code/relationship. 

Level 2: SWAG BAG Donator

By selecting this level of participation you’re agreeing to donate product/items to drop in our attendees SWAG BAG. This can be more of the same product you donated for ‘Swag Snack Donator’ (if you participated on level 1 as well), a different product, a discount code card or anything else you’d like to provide. The products we sponsor in our SWAG Bags are items that physically go home with our guests so they are able to enjoy and remember your product after our weekend with them. 

 

What’s included in this level: 

  1. A logo on our event website 
  2. A thoughtful display of your product with an informational flyer or card presented (in which you’ll provide) 
  3. A spot in each attendees SWAG bag for your product or offering – which will go home with our attendees after the event. This way they can enjoy the fruits of your product after their two days with us. 
  4. A mention of your brand in our pre and post course email that you’re an official SWAG member for WWL. 
  5. The opportunity to sign up for our affiliate/referral program – in which we will partner with you in spreading the message about your product to all of our event attendees before and after the event – with the mention or our affiliate code/relationship.

Level 3: Raffle SWAG Donator

By selecting this level of participation you’re agreeing to donate a ‘higher value item’ to be presented in our raffle. Our raffle will consist of 5-7 items of what we consider ‘higher value.’ This simply means it is not something that would be available to every attendee and would be highly desired by our attendees. Examples of this would include, full size products (versus sample size), books, merchandise, gift cards, ect. 

*in order to participate in our raffle you must also participate in either Level 1 or 2. This way our attendees get to know your product before seeing it in the raffle*

  2. A thoughtful display of your product with an informational flyer or card presented (in which you’ll provide)  *If level 1 is selected as well* 
  3. A spot in each attendees SWAG bag for your product or offering – which will go home with our attendees after the event. This way they can enjoy the fruits of your product after their two days with us. *If level 2 is selected as well* 
  4. A spot on our raffle table as well as a mention of your brand and story from our Founder and CEO on stage to all of our Attendees. 
  5. A mention of your brand in our pre and post course email that you’re an official SWAG member for WWL. 
  6. The opportunity to sign up for our affiliate/referral program – in which we will partner with you in spreading the message about your product to all of our event attendees before and after the event – with the mention or our affiliate code/relationship.

Level 4: SWAG Booth Operator (Price: $497)

By selecting this level of participation you’re agreeing to physically attend our WealthyWellthy Live Event. You’ll be given the space at our event to set up your own booth. It is here you’re able to bring whatever display you feel to present you product. You’ll have to opportunity to share about your product to our attendees during all breaks, to give samples and displays of your product, collect attendee information and promote you and your story. Krisstina will also list you as a ‘sponsor’ and mention you and your brand on stage to all attendees. 

 

You’ll also be given the opportunity (and are are highly encouraged) to actively participate in the event as an attendee. We ask the same for our speakers as well, that they show up in two ways at the event 1. As an expert in their field and in your case as a business owner and expert of your brand and 2. As an active attendee, eager to learn and engage just as all other attendees. It is because of this that we ask all SWAG Booth Operators and Speakers to purchase a ticket to the event. 1. Because we assume all of our SWAG attendees will and have the desire to learn and engage like such that of our attendees and 2. Because you’re given the opportunity to actively promote your product and engage with our attendees with your product in mind. ***That being said, we are allotting you 50% of your ticket to cover any additional costs you may endure in participating and donating product.***

 

What’s included in this level: 

  1. A logo on our event website 
  2. The space for you to set up a thoughtful display of your product and whatever interactive experience you’d like to set up as well. 
  3. A spot in each attendees SWAG bag for your product or offering – which will go home with our attendees after the event. This way they can enjoy the fruits of your product after their two days with us. 
  4. A spot on our raffle table as well as a mention of your brand and story from our Founder and CEO on stage to all of our Attendees. *If you participate in Level 3*
  5. Opportunity to interact and engage as an attendee and the creep the benefits of the knowledge and transformation you’ll gain from being in the room. 
  6. Ability to interact and build relationships with our attendees and speak to your product and brand throughout the weekend. 
  7. A mention of your brand in our pre and post course email that you’re an official SWAG member for WWL. 
  8. The opportunity to sign up for our affiliate/referral program – in which we will partner with you in spreading the message about your product to all of our event attendees before and after the event – with the mention or our affiliate code/relationship.

Level 5: VIP Dinner SWAG Donator

By selecting this level of participation you’re agreeing to donate food or beverage for our VIP dinner. Our VIP Deeper Dinner Party is held on the evening after Day two of the event. Included in the VIP Dinner Ticket is hors d’oeuvres, a full meal, red and white wine, beer/spiked seltzer/meade, non-alcoholic refreshments and a craft cocktail. We will display your product/item (if possible) through the entire two days as well as any other merchandise or flyers you provide. We then will serve your product with your brand and flyers/stickers/merch clearly displayed and mentioned. 

 

What’s Included in this level: 

  1. A logo on our event website 
  2. A thoughtful display of your product with an informational flyer or card presented (in which you’ll provide)  *If level 1 is selected as well* 
  3. The usage and display of your product/item at our VIP Deeper Dinner Party.
  4. A spot in each attendees SWAG bag for your product or offering – which will go home with our attendees after the event. This way they can enjoy the fruits of your product after their two days with us. *If level 2 is selected as well* 
  5. A spot on our raffle table as well as a mention of your brand and story from our Founder and CEO on stage to all of our Attendees. *If level 3 is selected as well* 
  6. A mention of your brand in our pre and post course email that you’re an official SWAG member for WWL. 
  7. The opportunity to sign up for our affiliate/referral program – in which we will partner with you in spreading the message about your product to all of our event attendees before and after the event – with the mention or our affiliate code/relationship.
